The bills offer both property and sales tax incentives.  Areva is considering locating a plant Bonneville County somewhere between Idaho Falls and the Idaho National Laboratory.  The company, worth $2.5 billion, could bring in hundreds of millions to the local economy over the years.  The company is also considering locating in Washington, Ohio, Texas and New Mexico.
