NAI Commerce One is pleased to announce its new Commercial Property Management Division, headed by NAI business manager Mitch Transtrum. NAI Commerce One has partnered with Scott Cockerham of Select Commercial Property Services, LLC, who has over 30 years of experience in commercial property management and holds the CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) and CLS (Commercial Leasing Specialist) designations. Select Commercial Properties Services, LLC will handle the accounting and the lease management while Transtrum will head the on-site property management.

The first property in Idaho Falls that will be managed by the new division is the Earl Building located at 525 Park Avenue, which was recently purchased by Thomas Development Company of Boise.
