Victor City Council Unanimously Approves Permits for Trail Creek Crossing

Trail Creek Crossing, the planned mixed-use development located at the intersection of Highway 20 and Pole Canyon Road in Victor, was approved by the Victor City Council for Conditional Use and Special Use permits Wednesday, subject to completing the Memorandum of Understanding for Off Site Works. Meagan Hill, the Development Manager for Teton Land and Development Group, was pleased with the outcome of the meeting. Meagan said, “We are excited to be moving forward on our project so we can bring new businesses and services to the City of Victor.”

Trail Creek Crossing’s first phase will include approximately 48000 square feet of retail, office, and residential lofts designed as a village with a refined, rustic feel, including trails and pathways throughout the development. Reservations are now being taken. The developers have retained the services of Clinton Arnold, Jess Biggs, and Kaly Shippen of NAI Commerce One Realty to market the commercial and retail space.
