Lawmakers Working to Bring in Billion Dollar Uranium Company

A company that could dramatically boost the economy in Eastern Idaho, if it decides to build here, is the big topic in the legislature this week.

Tomorrow lawmakers will begin to decide if French uranium company Areva will get tax breaks if it opens a facility in Bonneville County.

Craig's List for Commercial Listings

Not to steal Randy Waters thunder, but I put my first commercial property post on Craig's list tonight. I don't think I deserve an award or anything, but I do think it will be the first of many posts for me. I think it's interesting that such a simple venue has become so popular. And it's becoming increasingly popular for commercial listings, as discussed at our recent NAI Global Convention. Is this a passing fad? Personally, I think we ought to have a presence on Craig's list...it's free, it's easy, and it may prove to be quite productive.
